About Ma Mere
Ma Mere Confections has grown from a single market trestle table and a staff contingent of one into a fully-fledged factory operation employing 12 happy, hard-working confectioners and confectioners-in-training. Products are made traditionally, in a slow and precise manner, handcrafted using only the best ingredients. The best locally made nougat you'll find
I got this gift box of nougat for my mom as part of a Christmas gift and she could not stop talking about how good it was. Compared to a few more well-known brands of nougat, she said it was so much softer and tastier. Nice, but a little overpriced
A good way to taste a variety of flavors but it's definitely more cost effective to buy the full size nougats instead of this small size. The vanilla & olive oil is a personal favorite, not a huge fan of the chocolate.
