Easy to use, really happy with this purchase. My kids love making smoothies with the blender attachment. I love the fact that the attachments clip onto the machine. Good value for money and a range of things you can do with one machine.

This stick blender is great! I love that it comes with a larger than usual blender bowl with attachments that make grating veggies really quick and easy. Some of the attachments feel a bit plasticky and lightweight, but I think that for the price it's excellent quality. I have noticed that the stick blender motor runs a bit hot. Overall, I really like this blender.

When we received the item as a gift from our wedding registry, we were very excited. Used item a few times and it broke. We also couldn't register the item online for the warranty as we didn't get a receipt from Yuppiechef to post on the mellerware page to register the item as it was a wedding gift registry - not sure if this affects the warranty at all.

Sadly my Mellerware stick blender has had to be sent back as it never worked very well from the minute I received it. It broke the other day and I sent it to be repaired through Yuppiechef. Due to not having bought the extended warranty they now want payment for the repair. Sadly a very substandard product with less than fair aftersales service.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

The first time I used the whisk, it was faulty already. I exchanged it for a new one. Used it now for a few months, and now the stick-blender is faulty.

I think the problem is the plastic gears and components - it gets hot and then it strips.

Thus, I am going to send this one back also and look for another stick blender.

I bought this product as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law.

On the first use, the product got so hot that we couldn't touch it, so we switched it off. When we went to use it again the next day the parts being used melted.

I am hoping that this was just a faulty one.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

This product stopped working the 2nd time I used it. I have been too busy to return it and now I have to pay R300 extra for a repair.

I have not managed to use all the features yet, but so far I am extremely happy with this purchase. I was concerned that the (mini) manual says only use for 15 sec at a time with a 1 min rest period, but I have blended soup and whipped cream without any issues. I've also used the food processor bowl with the blade attachment and it worked perfectly. Great value for money!
